The Trustees of the Hilmar Cemetery District generally begin Budget discussions and Long Term Plans of the District by the April and May Board Meetings. Respective Committee Chairs presentations are put forward for continuing discussion and financial consideration and need for the July 1 to June 30 upcoming Fiscal Year. Final Budget for approval is set for the JUNE Board Meeting each successive year.
